Boatyard

The fully serviced boatyard offers hardstanding for up to 120 boats on cradles and trailers. Supported by a number of on-site contractors we can offer a full range of marine services.

Outside Storage

James Watt Dock Marina offers external storage for boats on an area of hard standing located to the west of the marina in the lee of the Sugar Warehouse. The marina offers a range of options and packages for hard standing storage on daily, weekly, monthly or seasonal charges which includes our popular Winter Storage Package.

The yard is serviced with water and power and has space for around 50+ boats positioned on cradles, trailers and yacht stands.

Facilities in the yard include:

Cradle and boat stand hire
Locked yard with key access
Monitored 24hr HD CCTV supported by manned security patrols
16amp (240v) power sockets

Water stands
Mast storage on trestles next to boat
Restaurant & bar within short walking distance

Under Cover Storage

At James Watt Dock Marina we offer under cover storage for boats in the former Sugar Warehouse. Our secure warehouse facility is monitored 24hrs a day by HD CCTV and supported by manned security patrols.

Please note that the maximum access dimensions for the warehouse are 3.2m (w) x 4.3m (h). This restriction may be relevant for certain types of boat. If you are unsure of the dimensions of your boat or suitability for under cover storage please check with the marina manager.
